Tracey Somerford

 

Tracey is a Certified Transformational Coach, Lifestyle Coach, and Personal Chef.

After working as a flight attendant for over 21 years, Tracey depended on airline snacks and poor restaurant choices. After flight upon flight of mini pretzel bags, soda cans, and processed meals with no nutritional value, she decided it was time to make a change.

Tracey saw an immediate need to make her own nutrient-packed meals. But she didn’t want her transformation to stop there. She chose to learn more about having a healthy relationship with food through nutrition classes, professional cooking courses, and other valuable efforts.

After working as a flight attendant for over 21 years, Tracey depended on airline snacks and poor restaurant choices. After flight upon flight of mini pretzel bags, soda cans, and processed meals with no nutritional value, she decided it was time to make a change.

Tracey saw an immediate need to make her own nutrient-packed meals. But she didn’t want her transformation to stop there. She chose to learn more about having a healthy relationship with food through nutrition classes, professional cooking courses, and other valuable efforts. 

She then began to prepare and pack balanced meals for herself, taking her newly refined skillset with her on flights around the world.

Following the pandemic, Tracey retired as a flight attendant to focus fully on helping the everyday professional, parent, and even limited-menu eaters reach their energetic peak through vibrant, wholesome meals meant to be shared and enjoyed.

My food philosophy isn’t based on the number on a scale, what you can and can’t eat, or what you should avoid. It’s about seeing food in a new light, connecting with the community, and taking care of your body in a sustainable way. It’s about finding foods that give you energy and sharing nutrient-rich meals with those you love. I’m never going to ask you to be perfect. 

 

All I ask is that you realize you deserve to invest in the
best self-care possible and enjoy foods that:

Fuel your body’s energy

Are full of vitamins and nutrients

Change with the seasons

And make you feel good about yourself

It all starts with education and turning the don’t-know-hows into fun and
engaging opportunities you can use throughout your life.
